Creative Facilitation

Bespoke facilitation and support for individuals, communities and organisations.

The people I work with have important conversations to navigate and complex challenges to solve. My role isn't to arrive with the answers, but to create the conditions where you feel able to share knowledge, listen deeply, think together and make meaningful progress.

Whether it's a workshop, strategy session, consultation or community event, I design creative processes that help people untangle complexity, uncover what really matters and communicate ideas and solutions in ways that others can understand, connect with and act upon.

Designed around your people and your goals, we will facilitate your retreats or away day, creating the space to strengthen relationships, develop strategy, navigate change and build shared ownership through creativity.

“Honest and constructive discussion, challenging of ideas towards refining vision and mission, having time out to think all very helpful. Facilitation style of structure, as well as room for blue sky thinking was very good for me. There was space for many voices, opinions and an authentic start, reflecting where we want to get to” — Participant, Imagining the future away day with Cork Mental Health Services.

An example creative team day to strengthen how we work together, explore new ways of thinking and build practical skills and ideas we can take forward.

Vision, Mission & Values Workshop

With Cork Mental Health Services

A one-day workshop bringing together service users, clinicians, researchers, artists and community partners to co-create a shared vision, mission and values for a growing network of community mental health initiatives in West Cork.

Using creative facilitation and visual thinking, the day created space for people to reflect, contribute and shape a shared direction that reflected the experience and aspirations already within the room.

"Honest and constructive discussion... There was space for many voices, opinions and an authentic start, reflecting where we want to get to."
