Future Visioning Workshop for Teams and Organisations

A facilitated one day workshop that supports individuals, teams and organisations to step back, reflect, and explore future possibilities.

Using a combination of visual tools, structured activities, and collaborative methods, participants are guided through a process that helps them:

  • understand their current situation

  • align around purpose and priorities

  • explore different future scenarios

  • and identify practical next steps

The approach is participatory and creative, helping groups move beyond abstract discussions and engage more meaningfully with change.

Each session can be tailored to your context — whether you are:

  • navigating organisational change

  • developing strategy

  • aligning a team

  • or exploring new directions

A physical card-based toolkit is also available, enabling teams to continue the work beyond the facilitated session.

How it works

We start with a conversation.

You can share a bit about your context — what’s happening for your team or organisation, any challenges you’re facing, and what you’d like to explore or move towards.

From there, I shape the workshop to fit what’s needed. Sometimes that’s a light touch, other times it involves more tailored design.

I’ll then provide a quote based on a daily facilitation rate, along with any additional costs if relevant — for example travel, accommodation, or support for larger groups where a second facilitator might be helpful.

The base rate for in-person facilitation is €800 per day (plus any agreed expenses).

I bring the materials and tools needed for the session. You provide the space, along with the usual basics for your group — things like refreshments, pens and paper.

An in-person facilitated day guiding you through a simple journey:

  • starting with individual perspectives

  • building a shared picture

  • exploring different futures

  • and shaping what this could mean in practice

People don’t just talk — they:

  • use images

  • build things together

  • tell stories

  • and reflect on what’s emerging

Helping you to shift the conversation from abstract ideas to something grounded, real and actionable.
