About Becky

Creativity connects.

I believe creativity is one of the most powerful ways we connect—with each other, with ideas, with place and with what's possible. It's not simply about making things; it's about creating the conditions for people to collaborate, navigate complexity and imagine new possibilities.

For over 20 years, I've designed creative experiences for organisations across the corporate, public, higher education and community sectors. Through creative retreats, facilitation, participatory art, visual thinking and storytelling, I help people strengthen relationships, shape strategy, engage communities and communicate ideas with clarity.

My approach is shaped by a background in art, design, teaching and person-centred counselling, combining creative, participatory and human-centred approaches that encourage curiosity, contribution and shared ownership. Alongside my practice, I'm undertaking an MA in Art, Psyche and the Creative Imagination, a Jungian-informed programme exploring how creativity, symbolism and the imagination help us make meaning, navigate complexity and respond more thoughtfully to the personal, organisational and cultural challenges of our time.

While I lead every project personally, I also collaborate with a trusted network of facilitators, artists, designers and subject specialists, bringing together the right expertise for projects of any scale.

Whether you're planning a retreat, engaging communities, developing strategy or bringing research and ideas to life, I'd love to explore how we might work together.
