A bit about me
Becky Hatchett is an artist and facilitator who works at the intersection of creativity, strategy, and social change. Based in West Cork, she brings the sensibility of an artist into spaces where imagination is often missing or under appreciated—boardrooms, classrooms, and communities—helping people see patterns, surface hidden stories, and navigate complexity with fresh eyes.
Becky partners with organisations to reimagine how creativity can operate as a strategic asset. Her work includes designing and leading workshops, building participatory tools, and creating processes that invite innovation, reflection, dialogue, and collaboration. Whether exploring equity in education, resilience in communities, or systemic change in organisations, she uses art and creativity not as a nice to have but essential for direction —turning ambiguity into clarity.
With a foundation in Art, Design and Education, Becky’s approach draws on symbolic and narrative methods as well as practical tools, enabling groups to explore complex topics and create tangible strategies for improvement.
Becky’s work rests on a simple belief: artists don’t just reflect the world, they help reimagine it. And in a time defined by volatility and uncertainty, imagination isn’t optional—it’s a necessity.
